Operator
Talk Dirty Dance AI is operated by 深圳织流科技有限公司, China. Contact support@talkdirtydanceai.fun for service and account questions.
The service
Talk Dirty Dance AI is an independent photo-to-dance studio in limited beta. APIMODELS Wan 2.2 Animate produces silent AI videos from the stage reference and your photo. Results can change facial details, background dancers, framing and duration. Exact reproduction, likeness, timing or resolution is not guaranteed.
Your account and permissions
You must be an adult and use your own photo, or a photo of an adult who explicitly agrees to this use. Keep your Google account secure. Do not impersonate another person deceptively or present generated footage as an authentic concert appearance. AI output must be reviewed and appropriately disclosed before sharing.
Credits and availability
Checkout is currently closed. The proposed packs are one-time purchases without recurring billing. When purchasing is enabled, the displayed pack price and quantity apply: standard video generation uses 1 credit and HD uses 2. Credits are reserved when a request starts. A confirmed technical failure returns reserved credits to their original purchase. An unconfirmed request stays reserved until support resolves it. Credits have no scheduled expiry.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy before purchasing. Refunds revoke the corresponding unused credits and may revoke access to videos financed by the refunded portion. We do not remove credits purchased in an unrelated order. Do not submit repeated checkouts when payment status is uncertain; contact support with the purchase reference.
Your content and third-party rights
You retain rights to your photo and authorize storage and the processing you request. You are responsible for permissions to use and share photos, outputs, choreography and music. Reference clips and artists' identities belong to their respective owners. We do not supply a music license or imply artist, label or platform endorsement.
Unacceptable use and support
The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every upload and generation request. We may restrict access when misuse is reported or detected. Contact support@talkdirtydanceai.fun for account, delivery, payment or content questions. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law requires.
