Checkout availability
Checkout is currently closed, and no paid pack is being sold. The following policy describes the intended credit-pack service before it opens.
Unused credits
Within 7 days of purchasing a pack, email support@talkdirtydanceai.fun to request a refund of its unused credits. A fully unused pack is eligible for a full refund. For a partially used pack, the eligible amount is proportional to the unused portion of that purchase.
Technical generation failures
A confirmed failed generation automatically returns its reserved credits to the original purchase. This is a credit return, not a card refund. A request whose provider status is unconfirmed stays reserved until we establish whether a video was generated.
Completed videos
AI results vary. A completed video is not automatically refundable because its look differs from your preference. Contact support with a specific delivery issue so we can review it. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
After a refund
Refunded credits are revoked from the corresponding purchase. Access to videos paid for by a refunded portion can also be revoked. A refund never removes a separate purchase's credits. Refunds return through the original payment provider; processing time depends on that provider and your bank.
