Your account
When Google sign-in is available, we request your basic profile and verified email. We store Google's stable account identifier, your name and email, and sign-in times. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Photos and videos
Selecting a photo only creates a browser preview. Saving uploads the photo, selected quality, consent confirmation and timestamps to our server. Files are private and checked against your account or anonymous session. Signed-in studios work across devices.
Cookies
An essential HttpOnly cookie keeps your studio signed in for up to 30 days. A short-lived cookie secures the Google sign-in redirect. This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Signing out revokes this browser's access; it does not delete your account.
Retention and deletion
Photos and generated videos are kept for up to 30 days. Active or unconfirmed generation requests may be retained longer while delivery is resolved. Delete finished setups from My videos. Private backups may retain deleted files for 7 additional days. Account records remain until a deletion request. If purchases become available, necessary payment and entitlement records are retained to resolve transactions, refunds and disputes; request access or deletion at support@talkdirtydanceai.fun.
AI processing
Clicking Generate sends your image to APIMODELS for Wan 2.2 Animate in replace mode. APIMODELS returns a generated media link and states a 30-day media retention period. We copy the result to private storage; deleting it here does not delete the provider's retained copy. Anyone with the provider's result URL may be able to access that copy. Review APIMODELS' privacy terms before generating.
Payments
Checkout is currently closed while we verify a suitable payment provider. No paid packs are being sold. Before checkout opens, this policy will identify the provider and the information shared with it. We do not collect or store card numbers or security codes.
